Tolkien manuscripts and artifacts, architect Peter Archer went to the source\u2014the fantasy novels that describe the abodes of the diminutive Hobbits. \u201cI came back my client and said, \u2018I\u2019m not going to make this look like Hollywood,\u2019\u201d Archer recalled, choosing to focus instead on a finely-crafted structure embodying a sense of history and tradition.
