\"\"<\/a>According to a short video interview with Andy on ITN here<\/a>, Andy Serkis is looking forward to reprising his role as Gollum: <\/p>\n

Female Reporter<\/strong>: Was it very exhaustive being Gollum? <\/p>\n

Andy<\/strong>: Yeah, yeah. It was physically very tiring. Physically and mentally and vocally. (laughs) <\/p>\n

Male reporter<\/strong>: Being Smeagol, you being Smeagol as well \u2013 as an actor, that must be quite nice – to look like you, for once.. <\/p>\n

Andy<\/strong>: Well the fact of the matter is that I don\u2019t know where they\u2019re going to pick up the story – obviously Gollum in The Hobbit is Gollum \u2013 he has transformed into Gollum, so \u2013 but then there\u2019s the prequel to The Rings as well, so we\u2019ll have to see. It will be very, very interesting to see where the writing takes the development of the character. But I know they\u2019ll come up with something very interesting.<\/div>\n
