Like many things, first and foremost are <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theonering.net\/barlimans\/rules.html\">The Rules<\/a>. If you&#8217;ve never been to Barliman&#8217;s before, please look them over for some basic guidelines. Next are <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theonering.net\/barlimans\/instructions.html\">Instructions<\/a>, a handy step-by-step guideline to getting and using <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mirc.com\/\">mIRC<\/a>, the internet chat relay program. You&#8217;ll also find information about an exciting new Tolkien discussion forum, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theonering.net\/barlimans\/hall.html\">The Hall of Fire<\/a>. Additionally, we&#8217;re posting pics and bios of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theonering.net\/barlimans\/regulars.html\">The Regulars<\/a> at Barli&#8217;s. In the future we plan to have a page for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theonering.net\/barlimans\/extras.html\">Extras<\/a> used in the chatroom, such as sounds or scripts.
