He got a former car factory. <\/p>\n<p>Apparently Jackson wants some very small people. But there aren&#8217;t any in the west because the kind of dwarfism that makes you under 4 foot and still in proportion &#8211; just really small &#8211; is easily correctable apparently at birth.
