We invite you to honour Dan by leaving your condolences and memories <a HREF=\"http:\/\/timmonslegacy.livejournal.com\/\" TARGET=NEW>here<\/a>. Dan had ALS (<a HREF=\"http:\/\/www.als.ca\/\" TARGET=NEW>Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis<\/a>), also known as Lou Gehrig&#8217;s Disease. He is survived by his wife and young son who have a very difficult road ahead. You can make donations to assist them at the website above.<\/p>\n<p>Dan was the editor of <a HREF=\"http:\/\/www.greenwood.com\/catalog\/GM0845.aspx\" TARGET=NEW><b><i>J.R.R.
