Her sister Fili is highly doubtful, so Kili sets out to prove the cub&#8217;s existence by making his favorite dessert, raspberry marshmallow pie, to lure him out of the woods. What she sees shocks even Fili! <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/9BF_GY4sYrQ\" title=\"\">Watch the new episode<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"jetpack-video-wrapper\"><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe class=\"youtube-player lazyload\" width=\"1170\" height=\"659\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/9BF_GY4sYrQ?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=en-US&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" data-load-mode=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Raspberry Marshmallow Pie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This no-bake dessert is perfect for a hot summer\u2019s day when you don\u2019t want to warm up your hobbit hole by using the oven. <em>Note: I recommend starting with the filling as it will need time to cool!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Crust:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 1\/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 10 sheets)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3T sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/3 c butter, melted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc tsp salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Crush up your graham crackers until they are gritty like sand of the Far Harad.&nbsp; You can either beat them with a rolling pin or use a food processor, provided you get along with yours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix in the melted butter, sugar, and salt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press evenly onto the bottom and sides of your 9\u201d pie plate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place in the refrigerator to cool.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Filling:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>48 large marshmallows or 5 1\/2 cups mini marshmallows<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2\/3 c milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 1\/3 c whipping cream<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 T sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 cups fresh raspberries, divided<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Heat the milk and the marshmallows in a large saucepan over low heat until the marshmallows have completely dissolved, and the mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using a hand or stand mixer, beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar until it thickens into stiff peaks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fold the whipped cream into the cooled marshmallow mixture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spoon about half of the marshmallow mixture onto the crust. Top with raspberries, and repeat.
