a glimmer of light!<br \/>\nbehold! silvery shadows in flight!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Away, a golden shimmer dances on the leaves,<br \/>\ncaresses ash and oak, then disappears.<br \/>\nAnd the night is back to silent, chill,<br \/>\nbut the man, he dares not move, stays rooted still.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">He does not know what he has seen,<br \/>\nand yet his eyes are filled with tears.<br \/>\nAnd though a hint of sadness still lingers in the air,<br \/>\nnew strength it gives him, the lone traveller.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">~~*~~<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">Heir of Numenor<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>by Brianna<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">He lives in exile as a ranger,<br \/>\nHe is the chief of the Dunedain<br \/>\nSkilled with bow and blade he is,<br \/>\nThe last of a noble line<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">He bears the ring of Barahir,<br \/>\nHe wields the sword reforged<br \/>\nElessar, Elfstone, descendent of Isildur<br \/>\nAragorn, heir of Numenor<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Minas Tirath is fading<br \/>\nAnd the white tree is dead,<br \/>\nGondor is in ruin<br \/>\nThe white city will not fall to Boromir you said<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The days of the Stewards are passing and gone<br \/>\nThe sword that was broken is forged again<br \/>\nFor days of light this is the dawn,<br \/>\nHe bears the love of the lady Arwen<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Justice and peace will he bring<br \/>\nWhen he is crowned rightful king<br \/>\nA great warrior is he, and learned in lore<br \/>\nHe is the heir of Isildor<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Aragorn is rightful king<br \/>\nOver the great realm of Gondor<br \/>\nJustice and peace will he bring,<br \/>\nLove and joy will he restore<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Peril and exile has been his lot,<br \/>\nYet never power has he sought<br \/>\nCome Elessar, king of men,<br \/>\nRestore the days of light again<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fight the shadow back,<br \/>\nCrush it at it&#8217;s core<br \/>\nEstel, hope, for the world of men<br \/>\nHe fears the heir of Numenor<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Kingly among the sons of men<br \/>\nHe comes to claim his rightful throne,<br \/>\nHope he bears and will he bring<br \/>\nBehold the Return of the King!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">~~*~~<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">Imladris<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>by Cillendor<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000; text-align: center;\">&#8220;To Rivendell, where elves yet dwell<br \/>\nIn glades beneath the misty fell,<br \/>\nThrough moor and wild one rides in haste,<br \/>\nTo find the peace the stories tell.<br \/>\nAll worthy of a painter&#8217;s quill,<br \/>\nFor who in long the time stood still,<br \/>\nThe Eldar laugh and sing about<br \/>\nTheir valley of no ill.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000; text-align: center;\">Cillendor said &#8220;I composed it as an acrostic, so the first letter of each line spells out IMLADRIS.
