\nMy heart is breaking on the quay,
\nI board the ship by sun\u2019s last ray.
\nGrouped together, the four I love
\nStand to wish me one last farewell.<\/p>\n

Elrond, my dearest love, you weep;
\nYou hold the rose I bade you keep.
\nYour eyes find mine for one last time,
\nYou say farewell with silent words.<\/p>\n

Elladan, fearless warrior,
\nI beg you, son, to weep no more.
\nYour tears will fade, your grief will ease;
\nBe strong and we will meet once more.<\/p>\n

Elrohir, darling steadfast son,
\nWeep no more; face your fear, don\u2019t run.
\nWe\u2019ll meet at last in Valinor
\nNo more to part, but now stand firm.<\/p>\n

Arwen, my own fair Evenstar,
\nYour beauty equals any star.
\nSuch grief is not for little ones,
\nBut keep faith, for we’ll meet again.<\/p>\n

Lift your eyes for one last goodbye,
\nThe ship\u2019s departing, my time is nigh.
