Ringer Martin writes: The Two Towers EE Gift Set (the one with Gollum) is already on sale in Mexico at least in one store (Mixup Zona Rosa). It is very expensive though, at 1135 pesos (about $95 US). The normal EE won’t be available until Wednesday.

Ringer Andy adds that he was able to buy the Two Towers EE on Friday the 14th – even though it’s not released until Tuesday. A shop known as Forgotten World – a sci-fi/gaming/comic/collectors store – had it on display and available for sale.
