Council-of-Elrond was hosting extended footage from Helm’s Deep, Rohan and Fangorn forest … until it got, well, TORned. The shots seem to have been cobbled together from the cutscenes for EA’s new TTT game, which explains the sound and synching issues. War of the Ring is also hosting it.
