In reference to the story I posted earlier today, any fans wishing to exchange their tickets for the correct Alan Lee event (located here) will need to call Moviefone’s help line at 1-800-745-0009 and request an exchange or refund. I have spoken with the moviefone folks and they are aware of the situation. So give them a call!
