“From October 14-20 is supposedly ‘Teen Reading Week.’ Our High School suddenly popped up with all these posters, showing the theme of ‘Make Reading a Hobbit’ The posters had both Elijah Wood and Liv Tyler reading in their full get-ups. Fellow Ringers and myself all over our school went nuts, grabbing all the bookmarks and buttons we could get our hands on, though the ‘Make it a Hobbit’ theme is kinda cheesy. Our school will never be the same…” Thanks to ~§ Arabeth §~

Maybe we can debunk that persistent ‘Dec. 14’ rumour, with help from Distant Angel: “Our local Warner Village has got the latest FOTR poster up and it has the release date as December 19th (which I think is the first time we’ve got the UK release date in black and white).”
