not true, as far as I know they have no plans to critic screen the film this soon. I would not expect a critic screening until late Nov early dec
In today’s Daily Express newspaper, there is a full two page article that I think you may be interested in. The headline is “The Sad Legacy Of Tolkien’s Fable” and the leader is “As the fantasy world of The Lord Of The Rings is brought to life on the big screen, the author’s family has bitterly condemned the project”.

I thought that you would like to know that a movie theater in Iceland has confirmed on their website (www.laugarasbio.is) that Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring wil be released December 26th.
