I agree. I am a huge LOTR fan and have the entire LOTR figurine collection. The new Hobbit figurines are no where near the quality of the LOTR figurines and twice or more the price of competing figurines. I won’t be collection them.

Not impressed at all, Toybiz will always be my favorite, these Brave
wave of toys are too expensive and the details is nowhere near as good
as the Toybiz range…Very disapointed but will still collect them only
because I feel as if I am forced to …;.

Wow, as happy as I am that the toys have arrived, I can’t help but notice that these figures are pretty much 50% or less of the quality of the figures released for the first 3 LOTR films. Please tell me that eventually there will be the roughly 12 inch figures released. Those ones were really good quality, very intricate, and the faces actually looked like the actors.

I was very disapointed when I saw these, not that they are bad (in fact I hope to get some) but I feel that this is a HUGE stepdown from the LOTR action figures. Which were without a doubt some of the best action figures ever made
