The trolls pounce
Elessar: Bilbo’s trolls come to life. Who hasn’t wanted to see this after years of reading about it and even what you get from The Lord of the Rings. This to me will be one of THOSE moments we’ll all be talking about as we leave our showings.
Magpie: Looks like Bilbo’s got some sticky stuff on him.
Galadriel: “Mithrandir, why the Halfling?”
Gandalf: “Why Bilbo Baggins? Perhaps it is because I am afraid… and he gives me courage.”
Gandalf enters a dark place…
Calisuri: Seems to be when Gandalf is in Dol Guldur and confronts a deranged Dain? It is very odd to see Gandalf so ‘scared’
Gandalf braves the treacherous dark.
Bilbo the reluctant warrior.
Calisuri: So is this a random unnamed Goblin? Or will he have an name? Either way, loving the ‘new’ character design. Something about it does remind me a bit of the Gringotts in the Harry Potter universe…if they were very disheveled and just plain old pissed!
Magpie: Does that look like Martin to you guys? Or is it a stunt/fight double.
JW: Oh. THAT Peter Jackson.
