As you can see Bilbo comes in a great looking display box with what appears to be a scene from Gollum’s cave. This 6″ figure will be available at the Gentle Giant Booth #3513 and Entertainment Earth Booth #2343 for $25 all while limited to just 3,000 pieces world wide. From action figures to role play accessories, the wide-ranging toy line captures the thrill and adventure of the timeless story and will bring the fantasy to life for fans of all ages. The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey will be released beginning December 14, 2012, and the second film, The Hobbit: There and Back Again™, is slated for release beginning December 13, 2013. The two films based on The Hobbit are productions of New Line Cinema and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM).
COMIC-CON INTERNATIONAL: SAN DIEGO EXCLUSIVE BILBO BAGGINS TM FIGURE
The Bridge Direct’s limited edition 6” scale figure of Bilbo Baggins will present the title character from The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey in his “invisible” state while wearing the Ring, which he holds in his hand. Available only at San Diego Comic-Con 2012, this intricately detailed transparent figure will be presented in a numbered collector’s edition box.
