Overseas buyers beware. I bought a Gimli statue in the UK which arrived broken; not once, not twice but three times! In the end I had to settle for a partial refund and fix the damage with superglue. To be fare it looks fine now and you would hardly notice the damage. And the customer care was as good as it could have been. But the packaging is just insufficient for so long a journey. Buy the statue if you want it, but also have a tube of superglue to hand and try not to be too picky. Seeking recompense as I did will probably make you more upset in the long run.
