We had a couple of highlights that filled the Discussion Boards this week. One was our Quickbeam’s report on CinemaCon. Be warned! There are spoilers here! Mere moments after that presentation, he was hosting his weekly broadcast of “Live TORn Tuesday” where he relayed what he saw of Peter Jackson’s 10-minute preview of “The Hobbit”. TORn Admin Silverlode was kind enough to take notes and share them. We also had the opportunity to hear what Peter had to say about the response to his work.
The other highlight of the week was TORn’s Founders Day Party where we observed our 13th anniversary online and our Founders who brought us all together. Discussion Board members celebrated the day with reflections and games.
To finish out the emotional week, we just have to share Pollantir Discussion Board member Nuradar’s question of what we thought were The Lord of the Rings’ most heartbreaking movie moments. For a Board that’s normally a bit subdued, this certainly inspired many responses. What are yours?
