I think it’s more likely radagast’s home. I mean it’s a bit early to tell, but the little romanesque windows looks like it could be for birds to come into the home. And the crow seems a big thing, I know beorn was a keen animal lover, but surely a bear would be more the thing.
It could of course be Beorn, they already did a very anglo-saxon Meduseld so perhaps there trying to mix it up a bit.
Also, it could be neither though. For example there is Tauriel, whom we know nothing about…and we don’t know what mirkwood elvish architecture looks like…

The mountains in the first few shots are actaully used in LOTR as a backdrop for the Isengard area shots, the ‘scenery near Hobbit set’ picture shows the very distinctive mountain crest. This is definitely near Glenorchy and therefore Paradise.

I have passed by this same site a few years ago and there was another film crew shooting a movie in the same location. Must be a very popular site.
