Cynthia writes: I just wanted to let you know that the Rotten Tomatoes survey of the Best of the Best Picture Winners ranked ROTK as the 22nd of 79. It was one of only 4 in the top 25 from 1990 to the present (Silence of the Lambs–1991–at 24, Unforgiven– 1992–at 19, and Schindler’s List–1993–at 18). The list included recent Best Pics Crash (2006) which came in at 74, A Beautiful Mind (2002) at 70, Gladiator (2000) at 69, and Chicago (2003) at 54. None in the top 10 were from after 1974.
