Here’s what we have confirmed: Only the FOTR DVD contains the card (at an avg of $18 per DVD, not a bad deal!); each card is worth either $25 or $50 for an in-stock purchase at SideshowCollectibles.com; All copies of FOTR seem to have the card, even from big-box stores.
