Primmy writes: An exhibitor friend of mine just called me said (very excitedly) that the most recent exhibit of LOTR costumes that were at FIDM earlier this year will be on display at Comic Con. Each year FIDM, the Fashion Institute of Design, displays the Academy Award nominees for best costuming. She spotted them setting up the display in WETA’s area. This group of costumes includes Aragorn’s and Arwen’s Coronation outfits, the Witch King, an Orc, Merry’s & Pippin’s uniforms/liveries, and I think, King Theoden.
