JaySee writes: Billy Boyd appeared on the BBC New Year programme just after the midnight events. He formed part of a UK celebrity singalong, and sung the opening line to the traditional ‘Auld Lang Syne’ celebration; decked out in his traditional kilt worn at several LOTR premieres.
