Dominic Monaghan (Merry) will star in writer-director Rebecca Cook’s dark psychological drama “Shooting Livien” for indie banner Velveteen Films. The film explores the inner psyche of John Livien, the disillusioned lead singer in a band on the brink of success, who struggles with personality disorders and the blurred line between reality and fantasy.
