Of all places, I caught the second trailer sighting on a gossip show from Taiwan. My cable has access to shows in Taiwan, and while watching it about 15 minutes ago, the host Mathilda Tao showed off the LOTR pressbook and the second trailer. I think she said something about the movie opening in Taiwan in December as well. After the trailer, Mathilda proceeded to announce that she was giving out the pressbook to the first person who called.
