Hair

A red like few others,
like the last embers of a fire
being consumed by the night
Flowing down her neck,
cascading like a wonderful
waterfall on a bright spring morning
This awesome rapids
dammed in one place
by multicolored piece of wood
Starting on an alabaster slope
going back past the dam
that draws it all together
Then coming to the falls
and finally the great river
disappears completely
