Tamara Rivendell Apr 23, 3:22pm Views: 172705 San Diego ComicCon 2024 It's that time of year again where those of us lucky enough to get tickets or volunteer at SDCC look forward to mooting with fellow TORnSibs in July, and attending a Tolkien panel or two. :) Curious to see how many of you will be attending this year? As well as the results from Hotelpocalypse, of course! My 3 friends and I all managed to get 4-days passes plus preview night for the first time in YEARS, but then got nothing from our hotel list in the first round. So, now we wait to see who double-booked with their friends and what frees up in time for round two in May. I still don't understand why they don't tie these two things together, unless they are hoping that people turn in their passes because they can't get a hotel. I used to live/work in San Diego, so I always have friends that will give me a place to stay, but I know others aren't so lucky. Anyway, I hope to see you there! Tamara Steward of Harvard
