 Rings!

Ever since my dad forced me to read the first lord of the rings, I was obsessed with it. Heck, I even know elvish. After watching the first Hobbit and it leaving at the part when we first see Smaug, when I first got home I immediately got on my laptop and googled when the second one would come out. I was extremely excited and ready for another journey into Middle Earth. I did an abundant amount of research and spent hours on end googling and preparing. I was NOT let down by any means.

Exceptional Parts:
I always thought that the first Hobbit needed a strong female character like LOTR. When Pete added Evangeline Lily as Tauriel I was elated. I was not let down at all by her.

MIRKWOOD. All of it. I absolutely loved how Martin Freeman played Bilbo so well in these scenes. The elves were AMAZING. The spiders were animated very well and the fight was well played.

Eh, So So part
The only part that left me scratching my head was the love triangle between Tauriel, Legolas, and Kili. It was honestly unneeded and just added drama that did not need to be there and quite frankly it did not fit in at all in a movie about a hobbit who helps a bunch of short dwarves to "reclaim their homeland".

Overall I really really enjoyed the movie. It is precious to me. Myyyy Preciousssss
