Awsome movie!
Even though I think this movie is great from start to finish I do have some problems with it. I loved everything about Beorn, but I think that the scene is far too short. I mean, the Beorn-scene resemble the Bag-end-scene very and that scene was very (and perhaps too) long. But this didn't annoy me that much.
Another scene that does irritate me a lot, is the romance between Kili and Tauriel. That made the conflict between the dwarves and the elves seem not-important. The sub-plot is so riddicolous that I don't think it's necessary to complain about it.

And now let's move on to the things that I love. 'The spiders of Mirkwood' is a very creepy scene. I think Shelob is VERY creepy, and when we have five or six of her kind, it freaks me out!
When they arrive to Laketown the movie slows down a bit. However I do not think that this is a bad thing because the movie needed to slown down a bit. I like relationships between Bard (Luke Evans great acting) and Thorin. Both are kinda selfish - Bard wants him and his family to survive, whilst Thorin wants more than just survival; he wanna live like a king or something. It's wonderful to see those two try to persuade the Master of Laketown whether they're just going to survive or do more than that.

And finally we have Smaug the Stupendous. I can talk about that beast for ages, but I just choose to say: "He's AWSOME"
