 Rings!

The Hobbit was about what I expected. It held to the book fairly well and the portrayal of most of the characters was good. I was disappointed by how some of the orcs done in CG looked, such as the great goblin, but most of the characters were fine. Martin Freeman was very good as Bilbo and the dwarves were also portrayed very well. It was a rather comical movie, much more than Lord of the Rings, but enjoyable and well done nonetheless. Overall, it was a good film and I'm excited to see the next ones.
