I really enjoyed "The Hobbit." I thought that overall it was a very good film. The visuals were absolutely stunning, even in 2D at 24 fps. It was very exciting to see the return of so many LOTR characters, and I would love to see this film again in 3D 24 fps, or maybe 3D 48 fps :)
