What can I say? After my complete obsession with the LOTR trilogy, I can't believe that the film not only met, but actually exceeded my expectations. It felt so natural stepping back into that world, and I'm now unbelievably excited for the next two instalments. How anyone could complain about the pacing is beyond me, although maybe it is hard to understand how someone who has never read any of the books would have seen the film. That said, I don't know anyone in person who didn't love it either.
