Sad but true, I saw this film 12 times. Heartbroken they took it out of the cinemas in my neck of the woods. All I have to say is that it is better than LOTR, and Peter Jackson is a genius. Couldn't believe those snobs at AMPAS ignored this amazing film - but I guess world wide box office speaks loud and clear. If you can still catch it, don't miss it on the big screen. It's an experience I'll never forget. For now, I'm counting the days until the DVD release...
