Film Format Seen? 3D 48 fps
Will view again in a different format? Yes
The whole movie was amazing. I was not sure if I want to see it in 48 fps, but I thought that it can be good experience. I must say that I like more 24 fps than 48 because sharpness in 48 fps is too big and it feels like you are watching a theater instead of movie. It made little difficult to me to focus on the story. But the whole experience was great.
The whole cast were wonderfull, dwarves, Gandalf and ofcourse Bilbo. I like what Peter Jackson did whit dwarves, that they are so different. It makes easier to remember them. I read a book many times and, I dont know why, it was always very difficult to me to remember all dwarves' names, but after this movie I can all.
Martin Freeman as Bilbo was a great choice. He is very brilliant and the scene when he plays with Gollum in riddle is the best scene in the movie.
Richard Armitage as Thorin... I must say that I was not convinced before I saw the movie. He looks different than Thorin from the book, but when I saw him first time in the movie, the first thought was that he looks like dwarves' king. He looks bigger and more dignified than other dwarves.
I want to write a litle bite about music from this movie, becouse soundtrack from the whole The Lord of the Ring trilogy and it is what make this trilogy so good. I hoped that The Hobbit will have good music too and it has it. It's maybe not so great like in "The Fellowship of the ring" , but it's still very very good. I really like credits song. This song show the difference between "Lord of the Rings" and "The Hobbit".
I must say that "The Hobbit : An Unexpected Journey" is very good movie, one of the best movie which I have seen in this year. I waited for this movie for over 10 years and I was really not dissapointed

Richard Armitage 's performance as Thorin?
Bilbo's retelling of the history of Erebor and of Thror/Thrain/Thorin
The Eagles rescue sequence?
