The Hobbit is majestic. Despite being an avid Ringer, I had dampened expectations going in, but PJ has over-performed. The pace was measured well, and at Rivendell and Riddles, I was pleasantly surprised. The end literal cliff-hanger was a pleasant surprise, as well as the final hug-thrush-blink sequence. Bring on #2!
