The item is new, but it originates from ‘Fellowship of the Ring,’ not “The Two Towers.” I wrote to Noble Collection several weeks ago inquiring whether they would be offering any pieces from TTT – specifically Gandalf and Arwen’s cloak brooches – and they responded “Thanks, for your interest in our products.
