Ringer Spy Taniwha writes: The rain venue for today's Oscar Celebration (due to start in Civic Square at 12.00) is the Events Centre at Queen's Wharf, same time. Not that it's raining in Wellington, but just in CASE it was raining right now and likely to remain that way, the event's NOT CANCELLED. Osadia will now perform AFTER the celebration from 1.00pm - 4.00pm, If it rains they might move to the Courtenay Central shopping mall.
