RINGS PREMIERE PLANNED
A massive street party will be held for the Australasian premiere of the first Lord of the Rings film in Wellington on December 19. In invitations sent out to media, Rings' film distributor Roadshow has revealed what is planned for the star-studded event at the Embassy Theatre. Actors such as Liv Tyler, Elijah Wood, Viggo Mortensen and Hugo Weaving are expected to attend, as well as Kiwi director Peter Jackson and producer Barrie Osborne.
